Kids Inc. Before and After School Care at Pettigrew

Pettigrew Elementary offers a Before School Care and After School Care Program to provide children a safe, quality care environment and encourage continual learning for all school-aged children. The program provides care with a 15 to 1 ratio.

Breakfast Information

Breakfast is served from 7:40-8:10 in the Pettigrew Multi-Purpose Room.

Lunch Information

Students have the choice of eating a packed lunch from home or purchasing a hot lunch. Students may choose to purchase milk if they have a packed lunch or to bring their own drink. Soda drinks should not be packed in students’ lunches as they are not allowed in a school lunchroom. Each grade gets a 40-minute lunch/recess period.

Following are the lunch periods for K-5th grade students: 10:50-11:10 (1st grade), 11:15-11:35 (Kindergarten), 11:40-12:00 (2nd grade), 12:05-12:25 (4th grade), 12:30-12:50 (5th grade), 12:55-1:15 (3rd grade).

Student Drop-off Procedure

Do you plan to volunteer at R.F. Pettigrew this year? Each new school year you must submit your volunteer registration form to the district for approval.

If you plan to volunteer in an unsupervised capacity or be a field trip driver you must ALSO complete the ONLINE BACKGROUND CHECK.
